The market-fresh seasonal menu celebrates and elevates traditional Portuguese cuisine with dishes such as the bacalhau (cod) confit served in olive oil, passion fruit and pumpkin. In warmer weather, head to the recently opened outdoor space on the upper floor, aptly named Twelve. Having celebrated 10 years on November 11th 2014, the restaurant headed by acclaimed German chef Joachim Koerper is a well-established one Michelin-starred restaurant. Joachim Koerper is considered one of the top 10 chefs in the Iberian Peninsula, having worked in restaurants with a total of 14 Michelin stars, and has cooked for notable figures from the world of politics and the arts as well as celebrities such as Princess Caroline of Monaco, famous documentary filmmaker & photographer, Gunter Sachs, and actor, Maximilian Schell. Chef Koerper gained his inspirations from his travels to Greece, Sardinia, Southern Spain and France.
