This Valentine’s Day, Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon is helping couples recall their romantic side with a special dinner menu that’s impossible not to fall in love with.
Executive Chef Pascal Meynard’s passionate Valentine’s Night selection is a sensorial indulgence. Luring diners from the start, each plate’s stylish visual appeal invites a deeper exploration of the tastes and textures hidden within. The magic happens when all of the flavours, scents and subtleties unite – all set against the stunning “one-night-only” backdrop of the Ritz Spa Pool.
The menu opens with a Fine de clair Oyster amuse-bouche with fragrant yuzu and ginger, followed by three delectable courses: seared red prawn and pan-seared scallops with pepper leaf, black trumpets and chanterelles; wild sea bass marinated with Ritz salt and myrte citronnée, with Ria Formosa clams; and the grand finale – a bitter-sweet pink hibiscus, raspberry and cranberry cream with basil sorbet that showcases all the flamboyance and vibrancy of love.
